Birding activity to Natmataung(Mt.Victoria)

We are happy to announce that birding activity No.17 to Natmataung National park(Mt.Victoria) will be launched by MBNS(Myanmar Bird and Nature Society) and S.S.T Tourism Co.,Ltd . We are welcome to this program who would like to participate.
Objectives:
1)awareness raising for bird and nature conservation by birding activity
2)birding together, making friendship, sharing knowledge
3)call on youth participation in Nature conservation

Birding activity No.17 to Natmataung(Mt.Victoria) from 26th March to 30th March 2020

Birding activity dates in Natmataung – 27th March evening, 28th March the whole day and 29th March in the morning.

Requirements – Water bottle, Raincoat( not bright color), Binocular, Birding Uniform (such as shoe and grey, green or black clothes, trouser), Pen or Pencil and Notebook
Note : Please do not wear bright Uniform like white color, blue color, yellow color, red and pink color

Detailed tour itinerary–
Day.1 (26 March 2020) Leaving from Aung Mingalar Highway Bus Station, Yangon by Mya Tharaphu(7:30 pm night Bus). Overnight is on the Bus.
Day.2 (27 March 2020) We’ll reach Chauk Town early in the morning at about 5:00 am. After having breakfast, we will set out on our birding trip, passing Anawyethtar bridge(Ayeyarwady river). Often stop for the fun birding along the different habitats such as tropical evergreen forest, mixed deciduous forest, dry forest, dipterocarp forest, pine forest, hill and evergreen forest. Lunch will be at Saw Town. Then, for one hour drive up to Kanpetlet Town. Check in to the Resort. After a few minutes break, drive up to 6 mile birding spot for birding up to dark. Dinner and overnight in Resort.
Day.3 (28 March 2020) After an early breakfast, drive up to Natmataung National Park( Asean Heritage). Will check all the highlight species in every birding spot. Having lunch at a cool and nice place. After breaking hours keep going down to 14 mile for the best birding opportunities in the National park. Evening go back to Resort. Chin traditional dinner will be enjoyed. Overnight in Resort.

Day.4
(29 March 2020) After breakfast, drive up to Old Town Kanpetlet. Enjoy the beautiful morning essence of the day and grab the popular landscape. Moreover, take the last birding opportunity of the trip with delightful highlight species. Afterward, go down to Saw, enjoy lunch there. Then, directly drive to Chauk to take the night Bus to Yangon. Dinner will be at Chauk Town. Overnight on the Bus.

Day.5 (30 March 2020) Will arrive at Aung Mingalar Highway Bus Station, Yangon at about 5:00 am. Proceed to your journey.
